Whether you are building new or have an existing home, every pool and outdoor living space is tailored to integrate seamlessly with the home décor and routine, thus creating a timeless space for you to enjoy for many years to come.
No dream is too big or too small. Our team will work with you from the initial concept through construction and final completion thus ensuring you love your new dream Poolscapes Pool. We recognise that listening to our customers is essential in designing a Poolscapes Pool that is most suited to the customer’s needs.
Our approach on quoting differs from other Pool Construction Businesses thereby giving you a tailored design to suit you and your family’s needs. Being able to achieve this result comes down to incorporating a client Questionnaire Sheet that we go through together in our first meeting thereby covering everything from shape, colour, intended use, budget and much more! We will then draw up a proposed design electronically for you to review. However the design may not stop here – we will adjust and change the design to make sure all your boxes are ticked before we move into the next stage!
We understand that providing both exceptional customer service and meeting your expectations are essential. As part of our service, we provide a preliminary agreement option before you commit to the contract and construction of your new pool. This agreement allows you to take the opportunity to have soil and engineering tests completed for your chosen pool design. This confirms any additional costs that may arise due to soil type and extra engineering requirements specified by the engineer that traditionally would only arise once the contract is signed.
At Poolscapes, we understand the Australian culture of outdoor living. Therefore, we provide the luxury option of a turnkey package, giving you the freedom of creating your outdoor living space with the one company, resulting in a smooth-sailing construction.
With in-house qualified tradesmen and an open Builder’s Licence, we can guarantee the quality of each aspect. You will have peace of mind that our Director and Open-Licenced Builder, Troy Evans, will be onsite supervising and project managing your entire build to ensure the highest standard is delivered.
Once your new outdoor living space is complete and ready to enjoy, we will arrange a time to carefully guide you with regards to the care and maintenance of your new pool. We also offer the luxury option, through Evans Pool Care, of an extensive service package for ongoing upkeep so all you need to do is relax and enjoy your new ‘Holiday at Home’!
